Passionate about food from a tender age, I always believed that healthy food should be delicious, easy to make and affordable.  I know this because I used to be the go-to person during family feasts – blowing away guests with all manner of delicacies – something that gave me a great deal of fulfilment.

Because of this passion, my father – who threw his weight behind it – used to tell all and sundry that I should prepare the family’s special lunches?  In jest, my father believed that whosoever will marry me should pay an extra lobola – bride price – for my exceptional cooking skills.

As I pursued my passion for delicious meals, I have landed in the world of great food sauces. I came to a realization that that people are searching for ready-to-use sauces that are tasty, healthy and convenient. I am at a point where I do not enjoy any dish nor cook without accompanying sauce.
